Werk mee aan onderzoek naar werk cabinepersoneel

De VNC is een van de oprichters van de European Cabin Crew Association EurECCA. Deze organisatie zet zich op Europees niveau in voor cabinepersoneel. Nu doet EurECCA een beroep op jouw medewerking aan een internationaal onderzoeksproject inzake jouw werk als cabinepersoneel. Specifieke punten als je arbeidsomstandigheden; werk-prive balans; teamwerk; stress en burn out komen aan bod. Het onderzoek dient om een duidelijk beeld van de werkomstandigheden van cabinepersoneel te krijgen en de verbeteringen die nodig zouden zijn. Call for participation to a survey on Working Conditions, Teamwork, Work-Life issues of Cabin Crew

The European Cabin Crew Association, EurECCA, would like to invite you to participate to an international research project on aviation cabin crew work, on issues of work-life balance, teamwork, working conditions, stress and burnout.This research is conducted under the responsibility of Anne Gillet, researcher at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers - Lise-CNRS (Paris, France) and Diane-Gabrielle Tremblay, professor at Télé-université of the University of Quebec (Canada), with the cooperation of Sari Mansour, post-doctoral intern at Télé-université.

It is extremely important that we get a good number of answers to have a representative survey. The results will be presented to EurECCA, your respective unions, as well as to European institutions and will be used to improve and defend your working conditions.

We thank you for the time invested in this survey because the results will help your national unions and EurECCA to better understand cabin crew working conditions’ impact on your wellbeing.

This should take approximately 30 minutes of your time.
