Na overeenstemming tussen easyJet en de VNC van onze laatste Cao in maart 2020, had het bedrijf onze instemming voor een pay freeze van 2 jaar. Doel was zo de pandemie door te komen. Vandaag loopt die pay freeze af en zullen wij gelijk de totale loonsverhoging van jaar 3 krijgen - en nee, dit is géén 1 april grap.

Dit komt neer op:
FA <12 maanden in dienst 2% op het basissalaris.
FA >12 maanden in dienst 7.1% op het basissalaris en 11% op sector pay.
CM 9.5% op basissalaris en 12% op sector pay.
Dit is niet met terugwerkende kracht.

VNC: agreed easyJet pay increase will take effect today

After agreement between easyJet and the VNC on our last collective agreement in March 2020, the company had our accord on a 2 year pay freeze. The object of that arrangement was to get through the pandemic. Today, that pay freeze ends and we will directly receive the total salary increase from year 3 - and no, this is not an April Fools' Day joke!

This comes down to:
FA <12 months of service 2% of basic salary.
FA >12 months of service 7.1% on basic salary and 11% on sector pay.
CM 9.5% on basic salary and 12% on sector pay.

This increase will not be retroactive.
Easyjet crewmembers can calculate their new salary via vncezyams.nl.
