Sinds de stemming over het eerdere easyJet cao principe-akkoord van afgelopen maand hebben de VNC en het bedrijf de positieve samenwerking voortgezet. Alle partijen hebben gewerkt aan een lange termijn oplossing voor de basis in Amsterdam.

We hebben rekening gehouden met jullie feedback uit de survey. Met genoegen delen we dan ook mee dat we een aangepast voorstel hebben met de volgende verbeteringen:

• Een verhoging van het basis salaris voor een Flight Attendant tussen 17% en 24% (afhankelijk van leeftijd, rang en arbeidsduur)
  
• Een verhoging van het basis salaris voor een Cabin Manager Y1 van 16%
  
• Verhoging / Inflatiecorrectie van 1,6% in jaar 2.
  
• De introductie van een Cabin Crew pensioenregeling met een werkgeversbijdrage van 5% (dit staat los van de salarisverhoging)
  
• Doorbetaling van 100% van het basis salaris gedurende ziekte voor 1 maand.
  
• Inflatiecorrectie van 1,6% op de nominale sector pay in jaar 2.
  
• Verhoging van de nacht stop vergoeding met een inflatiecorrectie van 1,6% in jaar 2;
  
• Verhoging Werk in jouw vrije dag vergoeding naar een vast bedrag van €100,- (FA) en €110,- (CM)
  
• Parttime (50% en 75%) rooster mogelijkheden.
  
• Duur van de CAO is 2 jaar
  
• Aanvangsdatum CAO is 1 April 2018

> dinsdag 27 maart van 14.00 tot 16.00 uur
> woensdag 28 maart van 10.00 tot 12.00 uur

New tentative proposal for a new CLA easyJet

You will be aware that easyJet and the VNC have been in discussions on a revised and improved offer since the outcome of the vote on the last CLA offer.
The process and relationship between both parties has continued to be both amicable and collaborative and we have worked hard to address the issue of basic salary increase to align to the market but retain a competitive position.

We have listened to the feedback from all crew and the detail from the recent survey conducted by the VNC.
In the interests of simplicity we have addressed the issues raised from the recent feedback which include CM pay and Day Off payments, in addition we have also reduced the term of the deal to 2 years.
For clarity, the main detail of the improved offer is detailed below:

• A basic pay rate for Flight Attendant increase between 17% and 24% (depending on age, rank and time of employment)
  
• A basic pay rate for Cabin Manager ranks increase in Y1 by 16%
  
• Pay inflationary increase of 1,6% in year 2
  
• Introduction of an employer contribution, Cabin Crew pension, at a rate of 5% of basic salary. Contribution made above Government offset
  
• Sickness benefits with a 100% basic salary paid the first month
  
• A nominal sector pay inflationary increase of 1.6% in year 2
  
• Night stop allowance inflationary increase of 1.6% in year 2
  
• Day off payment increased to a flat rate of €110 for CM and €100 for FA
  
• Part time (50% and 75%) roster availability
  
• Agreement term is 2 years
  
• The commencement of the CLA term will be the 1st April 2018
  

Info sessions:
On March 26th and 27th there will be info sessions at the VNC offices from 2pm-4pm
On March 28th there will be an info session at the VNC Offices from 10am-12noon
