In juni gaat het sectiebestuur namens de VNC met easyJet om de tafel zitten om over de nieuwe cao te onderhandelen. Wij vragen al onze easyJet leden om van tevoren mee te denken, jouw input is belangrijk!

Vanaf vandaag en in de komende weken gaan we onze leden uit de easyJet-sectie een aantal enquêtes toesturen over wat zij graag in een nieuwe CAO willen zien. De eerste enquête gaat vooral over compensatie, de volgende enquêtes behandelen o.a. onze roosters en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Request for input for new easyJet CLA

In June, VNC boardmembers will sit down with easyJet to start negotiating a new CLA. In anticipation of these negotiations we would like to ask all our members for suggestions and ideas. Your input is very important to us!

Starting today and for the next few weeks we will be sending our members from the easyJet section a couple of surveys on what they would like to see in a new CLA. The first survey’s main subject is compensation, the following ones will be about rosters and Secondary Labor Conditions.
