Werken in een team
Als cabinecollega bij easyJet en VNC-lid kun je je kandidaat stellen als bestuurder. Weinig ervaring in bestuursfuncties? Laat je vooral niet weerhouden! Wij ondersteunen jullie en hebben jouw ervaringen bij easyJet nodig. Tijdens een easyJet ledenvergadering zal worden gestemd op de kandidaten ter invulling van deze vacature.

Wat ga je doen?
Als bestuurslid werk je samen in een team van vliegende collega’s van easyJet en andere luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Je bent nauw betrokken bij arbeidsvoorwaardelijke zaken als bijvoorbeeld de cao onderhandelingen. Daarnaast informeer en beantwoord je werk gerelateerde vragen van collega leden. Kandidaat stellen
De statuten schrijven voor dat een bestuurslid voor een periode van vier jaar wordt gekozen. Je dient je schriftelijk bij de VNC kandidaat te stellen. Wat hebben wij van je nodig?

• brief met je motivatie
  
• de bereidverklaring (volledig ingevuld)
  
• een CV
  
• een digitale pasfoto
  
• 12 handtekeningen van VNC leden bij easyJet die jouw kandidatuur ondersteunen.
  

Je kunt de benodigde documenten mailen naar secretariaat@vnconline.nl.

Je kunt het ook via de post verzenden of afgeven: VNC, Stationsplein 406, 1117 CL te Schiphol-Oost. Het totaalpakket voor een geldige kandidaatstelling dient maandag 23 april 2018 bij de VNC binnen te zijn.

Reminder: Vacancy easyJet Union Representative

Are you looking for a challenge to represent your co-workers at easyJet? If so apply to become a representative for the easyJet section of the VNC. Please do so before Monday April 23rd 2018, because during the general membership meeting on May 15th 2018 the election will take place.

Working together in a team
As Cabin Crew Member at easyJet and a member of the VNC you can apply for the position. Even if you do not have enough experience in this field, don’t let this stop you of applying. Here at the VNC we will support you and we need your experience as an easyJet Crew Member. During the general membership meeting a vote will be held and the candidate with the most votes will become the new representative.

What will you be doing?
As representative you will be working in a team of other Cabin Crew, who are supported by a professional negotiator. You will be closely involved in matters of employment conditions such as CLA negotiations. In addition to this you inform and answer work related issues and questions from your co-workers. Becoming a Representative
The bylaws of the VNC state that you will become a representative for a period of four years. You need to apply in writing to let us know that you like to become a representative, and will accept the position when elected.
What do we need from you?
* You will need to complete the ‘bereidsverklaring’ (ready to serve),
 *a photo
* your motivation
* your CV
*and you need to show the support of at least 12 VNC union members of easyJet.
