Onderzoek arbeidsomstandigheden cabinepersoneel

De VNC is een van de oprichters van de European Cabin Crew Association EurECCA een organisatie die zich op Europees niveau inzet voor cabinepersoneel.
Bij deze doen we een laatste oproep aan jullie voor medewerking aan een internationaal onderzoeksproject over jouw werk als cabinepersoneel. Het gaat om belangrijke punten als arbeidsomstandigheden; werk-privé balans; teamwerk; stress en burn out. Jouw medewerking aan het invullen van de survey draagt bij aan een duidelijk en realistisch beeld van de werkomstandigheden van cabinepersoneel en wordt gebruikt om benodigde verbeteringen op Europees niveau door te voeren.

Call for participation: survey on working conditions cabincrew

The European Cabin Crew Association, EurECCA, would like to invite you to participate to an international research project on cabincrew work, on issues of work-life balance, teamwork, working conditions, stress and burnout.

It is extremely important that we get a good number of answers to have a representative survey. The results will be presented to EurECCA, your respective unions, as well as to European institutions and will be used to improve and defend your working conditions.

We thank you for the time invested in this survey because the results will help your national unions and EurECCA to better understand cabin crew working conditions’ impact on your wellbeing.
